I have seen some really nice ones for around 7 or 8 thousand. A guy just ran into me pristine 67 cougar and took out the back end, needless to say my insurance company is totalling it so I decided it was time to upgrade to a Chevy and what better Chevy is there than one from the tri-5 trio. Comments: Glad I discovered your site! I recently did some "trading" to get the car of my dreams....a '55 2dr sedan. It's a mild custom with built-up 350 and LT1 heads, 4spd Vette trans and shifter, 10bolt posi rear, front disc brakes, tilt column w/Grant wheel and 605 ps box, Holley carb and hi-rise manifold combo, headers w/new dual exhuast, Mallory HEI ignition, beautiful shiny white paint with all the chrome and stainless trim pieces. The only thing I wasn't impressed with was the interior job that is currently in this "Shoebox with an attitude".....bucket seats, incorrect door panels, and a backseat that drags the riders butts on the ground (front buckets sit very low also). Even though this auto is rodded-out, I still want to have the correct seats and door/side panel trim correct. So here's my question....... where's a reputable interior shop around here? I live in the high desert, just north of Palmdale/Lancaster area and not far from your area. I'm stationed at Edwards AFB. days (805)277-3548 or eves (805)256-9444 after 6p.m. Thanks for any helpful tips from anyone who loves cars as much as I do!

I'm an auto mechanic trained in Norway on the Mercedes business and I would like to say think twice before you buy these kind of items unseen. They can't compare to ordinary spare parts.
